Dean Ray first studied photography in Stutgardt Germany at Horscht Studios. Upon returning to the US Dean worked with nationally renowed architectural photographer Ron Solomon. In 1981 Dean established Ray Studios in a converted building at the foot of Baltimore’s Mill Center. Ray Studios quickly became a creative center for the area’s fast growing advertising and design community. Ray Studios has worked with Proctor and Gamble, Fila, IKEA, McCormick Foods and Spices, Verizon, Baltimore Magazine, WBAL TV, and Visionmark Communications. After family and phototgraphy, Dean’s other great passion is restoring cars. Dean has restored many Jaguars and Bentley’s and is especially proud of the beautiful results achieved with Winston and Prudence.
